Do you have your own hardware?

We are not a reseller of another company or a fly-by-night host. We own our web hosting hardware, and we are here to stay.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. For bi-annual and annual payments, we also accept checks and money orders.

Can I order even though I don't live in the US?

Sure! We don't limit our services to just the US. However, you must be able to pay via our accepted payment methods.

How long does it take to activate my account?

We activate accounts manually to prevent fraudulent users from hurting your service with us. If spammers were able to sign up with us without our validating their accounts, they could be sending out thousands of emails within seconds of signup. We're normally able to activate accounts in less than a hour, but this time can vary depending on the time of day, day of the week, and activity level.

What happens if I run out of space or bandwidth?

If you run out of your allocated space or bandwidth, you can simply order more through us. Prices for additional space and bandwidth are listed on our Products page. You can also choose to upgrade your account.

What can and can't I do with my site?

In short, if it's illegal in the US, then it's illegal on our servers. For details about what is and isn't permitted, please see our TOS.

Will my website go down at all with you?

We strive to ensure that your website will never go down. We use the best hardware and network to prevent downtime to the extent that we can. However, occasionally downtime is unpreventable. For such times, we offer an SLA (Service Level Agreement) of 99.9%. This means that in a single calendar month, your website will be up 99.9% of the time, or you'll be eligible for a free month of hosting. Please see our TOS for details.

Will you place any advertisements on my site?

No, we do not force any content on your website. The content on your site is completely up to you (as long as it is within our TOS).
